• Description – Reception with Wooden Award VIP’s, including the sponsors, Legends of Coaching recipient, top female candidates and the male Wooden Award recipient.  Features include reserved seating, photo opportunity with the Wooden Award VIP’s, tapas and heavy appetizer dinner

General Admission Wooden Award Reception:

• Time – 5 p.m.
• Location – 3^rd floor Lounge.
• Access – VIP, General Admission
• Description – Tapas and heavy appetizer dinner, past winner image display, cash bar and merchandise table.

Wooden Award Program:

• Time – 7:30 p.m.
• Location – 6^th floor. Wooden Award Court.
• Access – VIP, General Admission
• Presentation of the High School CIF Wooden Award Winners, presentation of the John R. Wooden Award Legends of Coaching to Bill Self, announcement and presentation of the female Wooden Award recipient and presentation of the male Wooden Award recipient.

Wooden Award After Party:

• Time – 9:00 p.m.
• Location – 3^rd floor Lounge.
• Access – VIP, General Admission
• Description – After party reception on the 3^rd floor featuring desserts, coffee, cash bar and autograph opportunities.
